Unless otherwise stated, all travel components in our travel programs, use the services of our Small Charter Vehicle licensed Sedans, luxury minivans and TC licensed people movers and coach lines.

Payment Type

The rates quoted are net rates in Australian Dollars and inclusive of tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.

 

Service Included

The quoted rates include the service of an experienced and licensed Chauffeur, Coach Captain and/or tour guide.

 

Pricing Category

The rate charged is appropriate to the vehicle category and its respective capacity. Any variation to the vehicle from that originally quoted is dependent on availability and any change in cost.

 

Payment Conditions

Payment, in full, is required prior to departure unless approval has been granted by West Oz Travel for credit terms to apply. In such event, settlement in full must be made by the 1st of the month following the debit of the charge.

 

Confirmation

Quotations are given and orders confirmed subject to availability of vehicles at the respective times of quotation and confirmation. Normally, written confirmation by the company is the only basis for the acceptance of hiring or subsequent alteration in its terms.

 

Hiring Variations

Vehicle charters please note waiting time is charged in increments of 15 minutes should your scheduled departure be delayed.

Should additional kilometres or time be incurred on the day of the hire by the hirer, the Company reserves the right to adjust the quoted rate accordingly. The driver must be the judge of any request for a change of route or time. In any event, when the vehicle(s) depart at the agreed time the Company will not be liable for any loss of injury sustained by a passenger failing to join the vehicle at the appointed time. The quotation is given on the understanding that the driving hours comply with current legislation.

 

Delays and Breakdowns

Oz West Travel gives advice on journey times in good faith but does not guarantee the completion of any journey at a specific time. We will not accept liability for any loss or inconvenience which may arise from the delay or detention of any vehicle arising from any cause. The Company reserves the right to substitute alternative equipment in the event of unanticipated circumstances which necessitate a change.

 

Luggage and Property

Unless previously agreed with the Company, the driver has discretion as to carriage of passengers’ luggage and its storage. Oz West Travel does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to property left in the vehicle. Passengers leaving property in the vehicle do so entirely at their own risk. All articles of lost property recovered from a vehicle will be held at the depot at which the vehicle is based.

 

Drinking and Smoking

Government regulation forbids smoking and consumption of alcohol on any passenger services including chartered vehicles. We regret the inconvenience that might be caused by this act and seek your understanding and corporation.

 

Damages The hirer is liable for the first $500 for any wilful or reckless damage that occurs to the vehicle over the duration of the hire.

Oz West Travel and Associated logo is a registered trademark of Oz West Travel. All other trademarks displayed on our Website are trademarks of their respective owners. Nothing displayed on the Website should be construed as granting any license or right to use of any trademark displayed without the express written permission of Oz West Travel and other party owners.
